This is probably the most interesting recruiting technique out of all the ones we’ve blogged about thus far. Create an Amazon.com account and comment on books in your field (Yes, you must really have read the books!). Recruiters actually search for books that define the industry and see who comments! Make sure your comments are thoroughly edited, proofread, and intelligent. Create a username/handle that corresponds with your other social media sites so you can be contacted. Happy Reading!
