Skills and Qualities Employers Want from 2013 Recruits

The National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) has released their Job Outlook 2013 survey which includes what skills and qualities employers are looking for in their recruits.  Read this article for more details, but the top skills/qualities are Good Communication and Ability to Work in a Team.
