Summer 2013 Ireland Internship Program Review

This summer a group of UT Dallas students are in Dublin, Ireland working in internships. The Career Center offered this 8-week internship program through a partnership with the Office of International Education and Connect-123. Students from all over campus are working at a wide range of internship locations, including a pediatric hospital, a global marketing company, and a corporate finance firm. This program allows the students to get great professional experience related to their fields, all while experiencing Irish culture. Students live in apartments near the city center, close to the historic Ha’penny Bridge, the Guinness Storehouse, and St. Patrick’s Cathedral. Plus, they are earning academic credit for the internships through internship courses at UT Dallas!
