The tool is based on research from the University of Pennsylvania, which suggests that personality is based on five characteristics: extroversion, openness, neuroticism, conscientiousness, and agreeableness. This tool will tell you how you rank on each of these characteristics based on what you have posted to Facebook. You can also compare yourself to Facebook friends and celebrities!
Understanding your personality and your strengths and weaknesses can help you to better understand what type of job is the best fit for you. Finding a job that is a good fit will help to ensure job satisfaction.
