There will be three 15-minute rotations during which you will have the opportunity to visit with representatives from 3 different industries.

No need for business attire at this event – come as you are!

Representatives from the US Marine Corps will be conducting a Pull-up
Challenge. This is an event where participants can win cool Marine Corps gear (water bottle, caps, t-shirts etc) by doing certain number of pull ups. For example produce 15 pull ups and win a water bottle, and complete 20 and win a t-shirt.

This General Information Session will cover internships, fellowships, and careers with the U.S. Department of State.  Diplomat in Residence Julie Connor will lead the session.  The Department of State is currently recruiting for internships for the fall 2014.  Several fellowships are available for students wishing to go to graduate school. There are also career opportunities in both the Foreign and Civil Service with the Department.  Ms. Connor will also review a number of other programs available through the Department of State.

PhysAssist Scribes is seeking candidates for part-time positions.

Scribes work side by side with physicians documenting the doctor/patient interaction.  Scribes are responsible for documenting patient history, chief complaints, physical exam results as well as recording all diagnostic test and x-ray results.  The scribe is instrumental in helping doctors spend more time with patients and improve patient care by managing the workflow of the physician.
